Health Administration and Strategic Planning

This course will give students an opportunity to explore management and planning in health care environments. Students will build on concepts in the Leadership and Health Delivery course. Emphasis will be placed on such concepts as management theory, organizational culture, strategic planning, quality improvement, change theory, and conflict resolution.
