Intro to Animation

This course introduces the student to the basic concepts of animation. Emphasis will be on the processes involved in creation of animation stressing teamwork, storyboarding, hand drawing, clay animation, motion, and balance. Digital camera, scanning and computer editing are critical skills that make the foundation for this class. Study of the history of animation and terminology will be included in this curriculum.
