Methods of Educational Research

Study of traditional and emerging methods of research used in the education and social sciences. Students investigate the distinguishing features and uses of qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method research designs. The course focuses on the theoretical and practical basis of research along with the fundamentals of problem identification, hypothesis, sampling, instrumentation, and data collection.
