Science for the Elementary School Teacher

A study of the pedagogical content knowledge, principles and standards in science. The course spans elementary and early childhood science content topics such as Life, Earth, and Physical Science. Teaching and assessment strategies, use of inquiry, lesson planning, classroom management, and Science and Engineering Practices will be embedded in these content areas.
