The Holocaust in History and Literature

This course introduces students to Nazi Germany’s systematic mass murder of Europe’s Jews and other minorities during the Second World War. While its primary focus is the history of these genocides and the historical discussions and debates that have arisen since 1945, it also attempts to present the students with a literary perspective on the Holocaust.
