Building Materials and Codes

This course provides knowledge for the selection of materials and finishes appropriate in residential and non-residential applications. Fire, health and safety codes, accessibility guidelines, as well as durability, maintenance, and life cycle costs will be discussed. Two 2.75-hour studios per week.
