Employment Relations

A course designed to analyze, synthesize, and evaluate the major federal and state laws that impinge on the modern work environment. Students will draw upon new insights in the human resource management discipline to abstract, summarize, and evaluate the impact of the ever growing field of legislation and laws regulating the employee/employer relationship. Case work will provide students with a qualitative approach to the topic.
