Strategic Human Resources Management

This course focuses on the role of human resource planning in the support of the larger corporate strategic framework. This course approaches strategic human resource management from two perspectives: (1) consideration of the systematic and strategic aspects of managing the organization's human assets, and (2) implementation of human resource policies needed to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage.
