Evidenced-based Practice and Teaching/Learning Practicum I

This practicum experience is designed to integrate theory and evidence- based teaching practices in the academic setting. Learners select an experienced nurse educator preceptor in the academic setting where they will have opportunities to participate in all phases of the teaching role, including classroom and clinical instruction in an area of specialization, and to experiment with different teaching materials, teaching strategies, and evaluation methods.
