Appl Stat for Clinical Trials

This course introduces the fundamental concepts of clinical trials and statistical methods in clinical trials with examples. Topics include clinical trial design and development, randomization, blindness, sample size and power calculation, data collection and management, missing data, survival analysis, association and reproducibility, crossover trials, Bayesian adaptive methods, and others. Most of the statistical methods will be implemented using R.
