The Bachelor of Science in Engineering program in electrical engineering with a concentration in electric power and energy systems prepares students for positions in industries that deal with the generation, transmission and use of electric power. Generation includes conventional power generation (fossil fuel and nuclear) and alternative energy systems, such as solar, wind and fuel cells. Students in this program first complete the foundation courses in math, science and engineering.
