Geophysics

The program leading to the degree of Master of Science (MS) in Geophysics is designed to prepare students for professional careers or further graduate studies in geophysical sciences. Completion of the program requires completion of an individually tailored curriculum approved by the graduate program committee, and original research that culminates in a publicly defended thesis.
