Museum Conservation

The Museum Conservation certificate provides students majoring in Biology, Earth Sciences or Anthropology, as well as non traditional students in natural history related careers the opportunity to gain practical knowledge of archival and conservation techniques used with collections held by museums, parks and some industries. Students in this concentration focus on the philosophy and methods involved in the preparation and conservation of objects in natural history collections.
