The Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering applies engineering principles to design and develop diagnostic and treatment solutions for biological, medical, and physiological problems. Students may take courses in computational biomechanics, biomedical optics and signal processing, medical image processing and instrumentation, tissue engineering, biosensing, and device design, with an optional Biotechnology concentration.
