Spanish

Lander University's Spanish program emphasizes linguistic competence and cultural fluency. By the time they graduate, students who major in Spanish can converse with native speakers on a variety of topics and have studied and experienced Hispanic culture. Spanish majors are required to study in a Spanish-speaking country and thus gain first-hand experience participating in everyday life in another culture.
