This certificate encompasses 3 fields of manufacturing that are increasingly needed in a single shop. Manual machining, CNC machine operation, and wire driven welding. For many industries like lumber all three skills are needed. This certificate will give students an introduction to all three skills. MFG 101 will teach basic manual machining skills, CNC 101/111 will teach CNC machine operation (CNC101 is open to all students on campus while CNC111 is for full time CNC students).
