In the Bachelor's in Human Resource Management program, students learn to manage the development of employees in organizations and to provide related services. Students study personnel and organizational policy, labor relations, civil rights, and human resources laws and regulations, as well as compensation systems, recruitment and selection, and job training programs. Students are exposed to all areas of Human Resources and also receive a minor in Business Administration.
