The Master of Social Work (MSW) program prepares students to become competent advanced practice social workers, with a specialization in Advanced Generalist Practice in Mental Health. Students are expected to develop competency in areas specific to the nine core competencies cited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). The program promotes social and economic justice through client advocacy and effective practice with differences and diversity.
