Designed for students seeking careers that provide vital assistance to individuals and communities, Health Science graduates develop, implement, and evaluate health programs and administer health-related services. Most courses incorporate the seven Areas of Responsibility for a Health Educator, and completion of a minimum of 25 credit hours prepares students to sit for the Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) certification examination. An internship of 120 clock hours is required.
