The Associate of Science Degree in Allied Health (ASAH) prepares students by offering and providing two healthcare career pathways. Pathway one (Option 1) prepares students for a Nursing Assistant and a career as a Phlebotomist Technician or an Electrocardiogram Technician. Pathway two (Option 2) prepares students for entry into the NMSU School of Nursing (NMSU SON) 4-year Bachelor of Nursing program.
