Bookkeeping
New River Community and Technical College
The Certificate of Applied Science (CAS) program in Bookkeeping provides enough accounting and computer training to qualify the student for entry-level employment in accounting-related positions. The program provides an alternative to students who choose not to pursue the full associate degree in accounting. Students successfully completing this program will complete the Certified Bookkeeper Examination administered by the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.
