This certificate prepares students to enter the real estate field in positions as brokers, broker assistants, or real estate associates. Students learn ethical and legal standards of the real estate industry, the difference between sustainable and traditional construction and development, and how to effectively promote the sale of properties. Classes are approved continuing education clock hours by the Washington State Department of Licensing.
