Provides students with the skills and certifications required to enter the field of welding using a hands-on learning approach, operating stick, mig, and tig welders and working with various metals and welding positions. Topics include cutting processes, arc gouging, metallurgy, and inspection and testing of metals, with the opportunity to earn OSHA10 and AWS certifications in SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW structural welding.
