Medical Assistant

Medical Assistants work with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to perform administrative, laboratory, and clinical duties. After successful completion students will be eligible to sit for the National Healthcareer Association’s Certification test in Medical Assistant (CCMA); as well as Phlebotomy (CPT), and EKG (CET). An externship will provide students with clinical experience necessary for employment.
