The Associate of Arts Degree in Social Justice, Advocacy and Community is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the complex social, political and economic issues that contribute to social inequalities and injustices. Courses in this program will cover a range of topics, including the history and theories of social justice, the role of advocacy and activism in effecting change, and the principles and practices of community organizing.
