The Certificate of Achievement in Bilingual Instructional Aide is designed to prepare a student for an entry-level position requiring bilingual ability, practical skills, and knowledge to work with teachers to support students/individuals in K-12 or adult education settings. This certificate program supports the requirements of federal legislation for Title I schools that all paraprofessionals/instructional aides be highly qualified.
