The Fitness Specialist A.S. degree is for students who plan on transferring to four-year colleges in exercise physiology, athletic training, pre-physical therapy, cardiac rehabilitation and other health-related fields. Additionally, students may obtain employment as fitness instructors, personal trainers, and owners or managers of facilities serving fitness and wellness programs. The program is available for full- or part-time enrollment.
