The Associate of Science in Frontline Leadership is a degree-completion program that prepares professionals carrying out daily organizational small-group and team-leading functions. The 60-credit-hour cohort-based program develops leadership skills for supervising, coaching, mentoring, goal setting, and managing resources, and includes 24 foundational leadership credits, 24 University foundation-course credits, and 12 elective hours.
