The Master of Education in Instructional Leadership prepares candidates to serve as school administrators, curriculum supervisors, and central office officials, with an emphasis on social justice, fairness, and equity for all public school students and staff. The program develops critical thinking and problem-solving skills to improve teaching and learning and provides an opportunity for administrative licensure upon completion of West Virginia Department of Education requirements.
