Coaching and Performance Science

This major prepares students to work with high-performance athletes in athletic or tactical contexts, or with recreational participants in community or club leagues. The Coaching and Performance Science major provides a pedagogical foundation whether coaching on-field or off-field (e.g., strength and conditioning, athlete performance and recovery). Students complete an area of emphasis in either Coaching and Leadership or Strength and Conditioning.
