The B.A. in Health and Well-being prepares students for careers in community health promotion and comprehensive individual lifestyle management. Through a combination of coursework and experiential learning, students develop the essential knowledge and skills to provide leadership and problem-solving abilities to interact with individuals and communities to promote and maintain healthy lifestyles, focusing on physical, emotional and mental health/well-being and a healthy environment.
