The Physical Education and Kinesiology (PEK) program prepares students to teach, motivate, and shape the lives of Pre-K through adult learners in physical education, movement, wellness, and sport-based environments. The primary goal is to ensure students understand the importance of and have the pedagogical skills to teach individuals to be physically literate. Program graduates are physical activity and wellness leaders in their schools and communities.
