The Post-Master's Certificate, Nursing - Leadership and Management (Post-MSN) program is a competency-based program that prepares students to be leaders and managers in diverse settings: hospitals, long term care facilities, community service agencies, governmental agencies and facilities, and corporations. It builds on the core knowledge developed during the student's prior MSN degree and is focused on the preparation of highly qualified nurse administrators.
