The Master of Science, Nursing - Leadership and Management (RN to MSN) is a competency-based program that builds on the foundation of students' previous nursing education at the associate degree or diploma levels. The BSN portion focuses on contemporary nursing practice, while the MSN portion prepares graduates to be leaders and managers in diverse settings: hospitals, long-term care facilities, community service agencies, governmental agencies and facilities, and corporations.
