The mission of the Department of Nursing is to provide baccalaureate and graduate nursing education and service to the community. Through an integrated program of classroom and clinical practice, the graduate is prepared as a professional nurse to promote health/wellness in a variety of settings. A registered nurse (RN) with a BSN prepares the graduate for many rewarding career opportunities.
