Internship II

In this course, students will gain practical hands-on experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. As a practicum course, students will work in front-line positions where they will learn basic customer service and industry-related skills. They will also explore issues related to consumer behavior, workplace management, and necessary soft skills. Additionally, students will provide critique and recommendations for improvement.
