Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) II

PMHNP II will build on the foundational course and practicum for the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner across the life span. This course presents advanced concepts in neuroscience and the clinical management of targeted psychiatric symptoms, related to the treatment of various psychiatric disorders. The course incorporates current scientific knowledge of neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, and neurochemistry, and its application to clinical problems seen in a variety of settings.
